  • To provide VOW search features and MLS listing access

4. Disclosure to PropTx and TRREB

Important notice: In accordance with PropTx MLS Rules, your personal information (including your name, email address, username, and account activity) may be disclosed to PropTx Innovations Inc. and/or the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) for the purposes of auditing, legal compliance, and enforcement of MLS Rules. By registering on this Site, you consent to this disclosure.

5. Retention

We retain your account information, including username and password records, for not less than 180 days after your account is closed or your password expires, as required by PropTx MLS Rules. Search activity logs are retained for compliance audit purposes.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers (including hosting, CRM, and email platforms) who assist us in operating the Site, subject to confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your personal information.
